Overview At Gallagher, we’re all about building relationships and delivering exceptional service. As a Client Service Manager III, you’ll play a key role in managing a group of client accounts. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. This role is all about making a difference—helping clients protect what matters most while contributing to a culture of collaboration and growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
  • 1+ years supervisory experience.
  • Appropriate licensing as required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing client accounts in a service-focused environment.
  • Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
  • Solid financial acumen.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their teams.
  • Partner with the production team to deliver tailored insurance solutions.
  • Drive client retention and satisfaction by providing exceptional service.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and coverage for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management.
