As a Client Service Leader, you’ll guide a team that delivers exceptional service to our clients. You’ll play a key role in shaping our branch’s success, ensuring our clients feel valued and supported every step of the way. How you'll make an impact Lead a team of client service professionals, ensuring they deliver top-notch support to both internal and external clients. Work closely with the Branch Client Service Director and Branch Manager to align team goals with the branch’s strategy. Your leadership will directly influence client satisfaction, retention, and the overall success of our branch. By fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, you’ll help your team thrive and deliver real value to our clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
  • 1+ years supervisory experience.
  • Appropriate licensing as required.
  • A knack for building strong client relationships.
  • The ability to explain complex issues in simple terms.
  • A focus on achieving goals and driving results.
  • A commitment to creating a positive and inclusive team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience designing and implementing productivity and client service improvements
  • Experience leading and managing teams (preferably within a matrix environment) within an operational service delivery or shared services environment
  • Keen understanding of professional and industry standards/practices.
