As a Client Service Leader, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to clients while leading and mentoring a talented team. In this role, you’ll lead the client service team to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions that meet client needs. You’ll oversee the renewal process, guiding your team to achieve retention targets and deliver tailored coverage solutions. By fostering strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams, you’ll drive business growth and champion Gallagher’s resources to maximize efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience required.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in client coordination or claims management.
  • Leadership skills to guide and mentor client service teams effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Managing team workflows and ensuring accountability in client service delivery.
  • Mentoring and developing team members through feedback and professional development initiatives.
  • Supporting consultants in winning new business by participating in prospect meetings and communicating Gallagher’s value proposition.
  • Encouraging cross-solving with clients to identify opportunities for additional services.
  • Promoting ethical standards and upholding The Gallagher Way in all interactions.
