The Client Service Executive is responsible for both product quality and gaining insight from YouGov Shopper Intelligence reports. Working closely with other teams across the business, you will ensure our clients (internal and external) will receive a best-in-class experience through fast and accurate market research and data delivery. You will have a keen mind and an intellectual curiosity to understand trends and communicate your insights to client, and queries making complex data easier to understand. Managing a range of markets, your role will also be to ensure that our product maintains high standards of accuracy and that the latest feature, brand and model developments are reflected in our reporting.
