The Client Service Executive – Commercial Lines independently manages the relationship between Midwest Heritage external clients and the internal departments and business partners of the organization. The position maintains existing business, expands relationships with current clients and assists in bringing new clients into the organization. This role directly contributes to key business outcomes such as revenue growth, client retention, client satisfaction, enhancing Midwest Heritage’s value proposition to our clients and prospects, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. The Client Service Executive will be responsible for a book of house accounts with the expectation that the CSE assist in the growth of that book.
