Overview At Gallagher, we’re united by a commitment to helping businesses and people thrive. As a Branch Service Director, you’ll lead a team that delivers exceptional service to our clients. This role is all about making a difference—enhancing client satisfaction, driving retention, and creating a culture of continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with regional and branch leaders to align goals and strategies, ensuring our clients receive the best possible support. How you'll make an impact In this role, you’ll lead and inspire a team of Client Service Managers and Associates. You’ll ensure high-quality service delivery that meets Gallagher’s operational standards. By managing people and processes, you’ll help achieve productivity and performance goals. Your work will directly impact client retention, satisfaction, and the overall success of the branch. Together with your team, you’ll create a positive and efficient environment that supports both internal and external clients. Here’s what you’ll bring to the role: Experience leading teams and managing client service operations. A collaborative approach to achieving goals and solving challenges. The ability to explain complex issues in simple terms to clients and colleagues. A focus on continuous improvement and delivering measurable results. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
  • 3+ years supervisory experience.
  • Appropriate licensing as required.
  • Experience leading teams and managing client service operations.
  • A collaborative approach to achieving goals and solving challenges.
  • The ability to explain complex issues in simple terms to clients and colleagues.
  • A focus on continuous improvement and delivering measurable results.
  • A passion for building strong relationships and fostering a supportive team culture.
