This role is all about making a difference—enhancing client satisfaction, driving retention, and creating a culture of continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with regional and branch leaders to align goals and strategies, ensuring our clients receive the best possible support. How you'll make an impact In this role, you’ll lead and inspire a team of Client Service Managers and Associates. You’ll ensure high-quality service delivery that meets Gallagher’s operational standards. By managing people and processes, you’ll help achieve productivity and performance goals.
