About the Role We are seeking a Client Services Director, Speakers Bureau to manage a portfolio of complex pharmaceutical Speakers Bureau accounts. This role sits at the intersection of client leadership, financial stewardship, and operational excellence and is responsible for ensuring programs are executed with precision, compliance, and profitability. This is not a traditional “account management or client success” role. We are looking for a true business owner, someone who can build and manage Statements of Work (SOWs), forecast revenue and expenses, control budgets, lead teams, and confidently partner with clients at a strategic level.
