About The Position

The Client Service Desk Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the first level customer support and user Client Services Desk support. This role involves managing a team of Client Services Desk Specialists, ensuring timely resolution of service issues, and driving process improvements within the department. The supervisor will also be responsible for performance management, reporting, and documentation of processes.
