Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and provide outstanding customer service
  • Maintain a professional and friendly attitude towards clients and their pets
  • Answer client inquiries and provide information about our services
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Monitor and manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback
  • Track customer interactions and provide timely follow-up
  • Manage and coordinate client appointments
  • Assist clients with payment inquiries and transactions
  • Process orders and ensure accurate invoicing
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Troubleshoot customer service issues and resolve them in a timely manner
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
