About The Position

We’re looking for a Client Service Coordinator to join our team following the promotion of a valued team member. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people and thrives in a professional, fast-moving environment. The Client Service Coordinator is often the first point of contact for clients, so warmth, professionalism, and strong communication skills are essential. You’ll be a key part of keeping the office running smoothly, supporting attorneys and paralegals, coordinating schedules and ensuring clients feel welcome and cared for. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, dependable, and takes pride in creating a positive experience for everyone they interact with.

Requirements

  • Ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong spelling, grammar, and typing skills
  • Ability to take direction and complete tasks independently
  • Genuine warmth and compassion when interacting with others
  • We’re looking for someone who already has experience working in a professional office setting and is comfortable with the expectations that come with that environment.
  • Microsoft Office experience – at least 1 year (required)
  • Professional office experience (required)
  • Ability to work regular business hours Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturday mornings or weekday evenings
  • Professional business attire required

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience – 1 year (preferred)
  • Associate degree (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients in person and over the phone
  • Answer and route incoming calls professionally
  • Manage multiple calendars and schedule client appointments
  • Support attorneys and paralegals with administrative tasks
  • Maintain client files and assist with document organization
  • Enter and update information in internal systems
  • Help keep the office organized and running efficiently
