The Client Service Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Boomer Consulting’s client communities, events, and onsite meeting operations. This role is responsible for community coordination, provides backup support for the Plaza meeting space, and serves as the Summit Conference Execution Lead for Boomer Consulting’s largest annual conference. This position is focused on execution, coordination, and delivery. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams while supporting complex events and client experiences in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. This is a hybrid role, with a combination of onsite and remote work. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a collaborative approach to working across teams.
