The Client Service Coordinator is responsible for answering incoming phone calls, emails, and chat messages for ICC training & education customers. The Client Service Coordinator is the first point of contact for most customers, providing information, service and issue resolution on a wide variety of ICC training & education offerings. In certain limited instances, this role will be responsible for transferring customers to the appropriate training & education professional when the issue requires further support.

  • Respond to all Contractor Training client communications (phone, email, online)
  • Ensure accurate client order processing
  • Communicate client opportunities, issues, questions to Training Leadership
  • Assist with other training endeavors as assigned
  • May provide administrative duties such as data entry, document processing, database management
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; may be substituted with practical experience
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience required
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required
