About The Position

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused Client Services Coordinator to support incoming calls and emails from plan sponsors. This individual will provide front‑line client support, resolve administrative and service issues, and collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and administrative skills
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Financial services experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
  • Ability to critically think and multitask

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and emails from plan sponsors
  • Assist with a book of business to ensure sponsor servicing needs are met
  • Manage client expectations regarding processes and timelines
  • Conduct timely follow‑up to ensure high‑quality service
  • Create system tickets and provide follow‑up as required
  • Document all interactions in internal tools
  • Identify and resolve service issues at the initial point of contact
  • Troubleshoot complaints; escalate to Legal/Compliance as needed
  • Participate in client calls to provide updates and status
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve concerns
  • Share data‑driven insights with product teams
  • Support service workflows across internal departments
  • Communicate risks and client satisfaction concerns to leadership
