Visiting Angels of Fairfield Has an Immediate Need for a Client Service Coordinator Join our award winning team, in providing vital home care services to seniors within our community. POSITION PURPOSE: The Client Service Coordinator will be responsible for determining and managing client needs. This individual will work with new clients to develop a care plan and match appropriate caregivers. The Client Service Coordinator will work office staff and direct care staff to ensure adequate staffing and ongoing client needs are met. Professional demeanor, excellent customer service skills, and teamwork are essential to the role.
