We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Analyst/Client Service Coordinator to support our advisory team in delivering an exceptional client experience. This role sits at the intersection of client service, operations, and financial advising support - and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and is eager to grow within the wealth management industry.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience building functional spreadsheets.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related client-facing role; recent graduates with strong internship experience will be considered.
  • Familiarity with industry platforms such as Orion, Wealthbox, and eMoney.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare materials for client meetings, including Orion reports and relevant account summaries.
  • Document meeting notes and action items, and ensure all follow-up tasks are tracked and completed on schedule.
  • Maintain and update client records in Wealthbox, ensuring notes, tasks, and review schedules remain current and compliant.
  • Manage and distribute daily cash runs and monitor fixed income maturity schedules.
  • Track annuity and life insurance policies, pull statements as needed, and maintain accurate records.
  • Build and maintain spreadsheets to support reporting, analysis, and advisor workflow.
  • Input and update client financial data in eMoney to support advisors in planning and review preparation.
  • Assist Client Associates with service items and ad hoc projects as business needs arise.
  • Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, including requests for tax documents, statements, and account information, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Cover incoming phone calls and direct client communication as needed, particularly when advisors are in meetings.
  • Assist with client onboarding, including gathering documentation and coordinating account setup.
