About The Position

As a Client Service Coordinator at Banfield Pet Hospital, you will play a crucial role in ensuring superior client care and maximizing the productivity of the veterinary medical team. Your responsibilities will include actively recruiting new clients, promoting hospital services, and managing the flow of clients and pets. You will provide professional and exceptional service, educate clients about their pets' health, and assist with administrative functions. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for duties involving radiography.
• One year related experience required, customer service preferred.
• Medical background (veterinary technician, human healthcare, etc.) preferred.

• Experience in a veterinary or medical setting.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services.
• Route the flow of clients and pets to ensure superior client care.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by the hospital team.
• Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service at all times.
• Encourage hospital visits and ensure clients and pets are comfortable.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventative care.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation and pet information.
• Assist outgoing clients with instructions, information, and invoices.
• Manage finances by maintaining accurate balances.
• Conduct administrative functions as necessary.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.
