About The Position

The Client Service Coordinator (CSC) at Banfield Pet Hospital plays a crucial role in managing the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, ensuring efficient communication and coordination of care. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • At least 18 years old for duties involving radiography.
  • One year of related experience required, preferably in customer service.
  • Medical background with training in medical terminology preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Organizational skills to manage assignments systematically.
  • Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues effectively.
  • Client service skills to ensure attentive and courteous service.
  • Mathematical ability to perform basic calculations and conversions.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Assist incoming clients with documentation and pet information entry.
  • Manage outgoing client interactions, including providing instructions and scheduling future appointments.
  • Maintain accurate financial balances and follow proper opening and closing procedures.
  • Conduct necessary administrative functions.
