As a Client Service Advisor (CSA), you'll be the primary liaison between Fiserv and its valued clients, including Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs) and bank partners. Your focus will be on managing clients' operational, product, and service needs while serving as the first escalation point for sensitive concerns and liability matters.
