Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
  • Must hold appropriate licensing as required and be able to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Proficiency necessary in Microsoft office applications and in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
  • Previous experience in managing client relationships essential.
  • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients accounts, ensuring they receive the best possible service.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and help them achieve their goals.
  • Identify opportunities to grow revenue by introducing clients to additional services that add value to their business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure their success.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and grow revenue.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver seamless account management.
  • Drive operational excellence and meet performance goals.
