The Client Service Associate at Regent Private Wealth plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional client service and maintaining an organized office environment.   • Build and maintain strong client relationships that foster trust and client retention.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new clients, coordinating and directing client activities with team members.
  • Understand each client's business needs and proactively offer value-added services.
  • Assist clients with questions, requests, and account updates, ensuring positive interactions.
  • Coordinate appointments, manage office supplies, and keep the office organized.
  • Schedule and coordinate team meetings, client appointments, and special events.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring smooth financial transactions.
  • Review activities to ensure proper controls to prevent errors, fraud, or financial misstatements.
  • Maintain organized physical and digital client files in a timely manner.
  • Compile and track quarterly asset values for billing, journals, transfers, and fees.
  • Support the receptionist by answering calls and welcoming clients.
  • Foster a positive office culture and help troubleshoot office issues as they arise.
  • Participate in learning opportunities to stay current on client service trends and financial services tools.
  • A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Prior experience in financial services or applicable internships is necessary.
  • Experience in office management or wealth management is a significant plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is required.
  • Experience with DocuSign is a bonus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills are critical.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Experience in wealth management or financial services is preferred.
