About The Position

Curated Wealth Partners is seeking a Client Service Associate for our Wealth Management firm in El Segundo, CA. We are a multi-family office and investment advisory firm working with ultra-high-net-worth families. We believe our clients are our partners and we guide them through financial challenges and opportunities. We are seeking a Client Service Associate who can help us provide our clients with exceptional service. You will be the point person in helping to conduct the smooth operation of a fast-paced and friendly wealth management office. The glue that holds it all together! This is not a sales position. Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in wealth management/financial services
  • Experience with Schwab Advisor Center
  • Ability to manage a variety of tasks and calendar items
  • Professional administrative writing and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team and prioritize tasks appropriately
  • Ability to manage your own time – we do not micromanage
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent client service and relationship management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with any our systems – Salesforce, Fidelity, Addepar, Monday.com

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and manage client service requests via phone, email, and CRM
  • Move money among a variety of different accounts at the direction of Senior Advisors
  • Handle documentation and execution of opening accounts
  • Prepare subscription documents for private equity, venture capital, and direct investments
  • Enter and maintain client info in our CRM and client records
  • Provide administrative support to the firm’s Advisors
  • Coordinate with different teams to manage client service requests and communication with clients
  • Work through complex issues – many of our clients have alternative investments and complex organizational structures which require research, accuracy, and diligence

Benefits

  • Salary range will be $95,000 - $105,000 based on experience
