The CSA serves as a point of contact within the Client Service Operations Team, providing administrative support to our Financial Advisors. Your support of an assigned Financial Advisor(s) includes administrative requests (originating from client and advisor), providing the highest level of service to our clients via proactive communication and inquiry resolution, and working collaboratively with members of the Brighton Securities team and appropriate vendors and business partners. Interested? Here’s how you’ll succeed: General reception duties including greeting clients as they arrive, answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and maintaining calendars and appointments. Process and follow-up on client and advisor requests on trading and services platform - often acting as back-up to Financial Advisor to open accounts as needed. Maintain knowledge of firm best practices, required forms and supporting documents for client/advisor support, and general compliance regulations. Enhance client relationships through effective communication, timely resolution of inquiries, and ensuring key client information and documentation is up to date. Complete general administrative tasks including but not limited to preparing, scanning, and attaching documents to the server, providing information to the Brighton Securities Tax Department for completion of returns and fee collection, and preparation of client forms and correspondence as needed. Anticipate and respond to problems proactively, efficiently, and flexibly. Identify/develop procedural improvements with an eye to efficiency, technology, and client service. Take on ad hoc projects as required.
