Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent, along with at least one year of directly applicable experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to use technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to explain complex issues in simple terms and collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
Nice To Haves
- An associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience, as well as previous experience managing client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the business priorities of production team members and the client service function.
- Adhering to efficiency and productivity standards, including data and document requirements, timelines, and tool usage.
- Assisting with the branch's overall workflow processes to ensure smooth operations.
- Creating essential documents, certificates, and reports using appropriate systems and resources.
- Manage certificates of insurance, processing endorsements, handle billing and invoicing related needs, etc.
- Manage ad hoc projects to support team functions.
