Through a robust network of resources, you will be amongst some of the industry’s top talent to help guide and support our customer’s needs and provide them with innovative insurance solutions. The Personal Lines Client Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and their co-workers. They work collectively with assigned Account Executive and Account Managers to provide support in selling and servicing to our current and new clients. Provides professional, courteous service to our clients, carrier representatives, underwriters, business partners, and HUB colleagues, resulting in a rate of account retention that meets or exceeds expectations. May also be responsible for account rounding and the development of new business as appropriate and in accordance with standard practices, policies, and procedures. Produce Binders, Certificates, Endorsements, Evidence of Insurance, Automobile Identification cards, Policy Release forms, and other related items while verifying their accuracy. Assists with monthly expiration and missed expiration reports. Prepare summaries of insurance, schedules, and proposals as needed for account review. Maintains accurate and organized account files by appropriately documenting conversations with carrier representatives; updates all HUB computer systems and automated agency management systems; ensures the accuracy of data. Maintain workflow through EPIC as per established process and procedures (i.e. adding client shell, billing inquiries, etc.). Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
