Under direct supervision, the Client Service Associate uses intermediate skills obtained through experience and training to assist Financial Advisors and provide clients with quality service. This role involves following established procedures for routine tasks and receiving general guidance for non-routine tasks with limited decision-making responsibility. Routine contact with internal and external customers is required to obtain, clarify, or provide facts and information. Raymond James, celebrating over 60 years in the Financial Services industry, is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and creative problem solver for this essential role. The Client Service Associate provides high-quality administrative support to Financial Advisors, their prospective and existing clients, and other branch staff. The ideal candidate will possess effective communication skills across multiple platforms (phone, email, in-person, virtual) and the ability to organize, manage, and track multiple, detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, task-oriented work environment.
