About The Position

As a Client Service Associate, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support within the financial advisor’s practice. Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer service experience

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients by managing inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and partnering with Financial Advisors to deliver timely, high‑quality service.
  • Support client relationships through account setup and maintenance, cash management, transfers, documentation, and use of digital tools, while maintaining accurate client records and scheduling meetings.
  • Provide administrative and operational support, conduct proactive client outreach, stay aligned with compliance requirements, and participate in training, firm initiatives, and marketing activities as needed.
