About The Position

Primary Responsibilities: Frequent custodian interaction & paperwork processing. Process account openings, prepare client forms, facilitate account funding, deposit electronic checks, execute money movements, and process tasks with Custodians. Custodian Paperwork/Docusign envelopes, Alerts, and new account setup in various systems (including Orion) Develop knowledge of investment accounts, products and the forms required to transact business. Responsible for data maintenance, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. Ongoing maintenance and quality control of CRM (Salesforce) and Portfolio Management System (Orion). Resolve questions/issues as needed. Managing year-end RMD process. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field preferred
  • 0-2 years of experience working in Wealth Management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact professionally with both team members and clients
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills; highly reliable, proactive, and self‑motivated
  • Series 65 or equivalent certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Bookkeeping experience and familiarity with QuickBooks preferred
