About the Role: We're seeking knowledgeable and compassionate medical professionals to join our team as Customer Service Associates. In this role, you’ll be involved in IV infusions and vitamin injections, answering phone calls, booking appointments, taking vital signs, and keeping clients comfortable while receiving their IVs.

Requirements

• CNA, MA, EMT, Nursing Student, or someone passionate about personal health
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent bedside manner and communication
• A positive, client-centered approach
• Passion for holistic health and wellness

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and book appointments for clients
• Assess vitals prior to treatment
• Document client interactions and treatment outcomes
• Maintain compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards
• Collaborate with a supportive team and clinic leadership
• Receive training in nutrition-based infusion therapies
• Support other wellness initiatives and daily clinic operations
• Disconnect IV's while maintaining an aseptic environment
