The Client Service Associate (CSA) is a critical part of the Boulay Wealth team, responsible for delivering extraordinary client service and care. This individual will lead the coordination and processing of new accounts, provide general account maintenance, and execute cash movement. You would be responsible for executing excellent proactive service to our clients while working collaboratively with our Wealth team. Requirements

College Degree
1-2 years of experience working in a client or customer service role
Strong attention to detail & highly organized
Possess strong interpersonal skills, a team-based attitude, and a desire to collaborate
Effective use of technology/software
Flexible to changing circumstances and client needs
Desire to provide concierge quality customer service
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong attention to detail, ability to learn quickly, and maintain confidentiality.
Effective communicator with strong multitasking, prioritization, interpersonal skills, and a collaborative, client-focused mindset.

Nice To Haves

Experience in financial services or a professional services environment involving compliance and adherence to regulations
Experience working with a CRM system
Experience processing paperwork

Responsibilities

Communicate and collaborate with clients and team members to provide excellent service to current and prospective clients.
Prepare documents for client meetings.
Research and resolve client and team member questions and issues relating to financial accounts and service requests, collaborating with custodians and team members.
Execute set-up and transfer of funds for new investment accounts
Assist with client account administration functions.
Responsible for accurately handling all aspects of client account opening and maintenance.
Work directly with custodians to resolve client account issues.
Utilize CRM system for daily tasks, tracking and documentation of client data, and documenting updates to current assigned work.
