The Client Service Associate partners closely with our service teams and clients to deliver a seamless experience. This role ensures our assessors, consultants, and engineers stay organized, informed, and fully prepared for client interactions. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, highly organized, and dedicated to exceptional service. They excel at prioritizing and managing multiple tasks across several projects in a fast‑paced environment. Success in this position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to quickly learn new processes, systems, and tools. Individuals must demonstrate initiative and consistently follow written and verbal instructions with accuracy. This is an in-office position. Standard business hours are expected (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.); however, this role may require additional time and schedule flexibility based on workload, deadlines, or business demands.
