Our Irvine, CA office is looking for a Client Service Associate to serve as the liaison between the client and the Financial Advisor (FA) and provide general office support. You will work with all aspects of the client experience, including financial paperwork, and financial account review preparation. The role supports the Advisor Team by providing the highest level of service to customers, clients, and prospects as they call or visit the Wealth Enhancement Group (WEG) office. This individual also completes administrative requests for the advisory team. You will support the office and Lead Advisor by assisting with technology, providing project assistance, managing day-to-day office administrative tasks, and responding to ad hoc requests. This is an on-site position. In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the pay range for this position is $24.00/hr to $27.00/hr, exclusive of bonuses and benefits.
