About The Position

We are seeking a Client Service Associate who will act as a key liaison between our clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day client communications, ensure timely delivery of projects, and support the account team in maintaining our reputation for premium service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in client services, customer relations, or account coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional demeanor with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met with precision and care.
• Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate project timelines and deliverables.
• Monitor and report on client project progress, identifying areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of client communications and documentation.
• Support senior team members with strategic account planning and execution.
