Responsibilities

• Provide support to in-house designers and serve as a liaison between customers and designers.
• Independently schedule appointments with customers according to designer guidelines.
• Coordinate designers' selling activities by providing courteous and timely service.
• Complete order entry accurately and in a timely manner, including follow-up and communication of order status.
• Organize the showroom, ensuring samples are tracked and secured.
• Interact with customers, vendors, and employees regularly, maintaining professional communication.
• Manage showroom traffic and facilitate meetings between customers and designers.
• Remain current on product offerings and pricing, and communicate this information effectively.
• Order and manage sample inventory and deliveries, maintaining stock levels.
• Maintain office supplies and manage the appointment calendar for design staff.
• Prepare for and attend trade shows and home shows, representing the company.
• Keep the showroom and sample area clean, tidy, and updated with new vendors.
