Requirements

  • High School Diploma/Equivalency; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Relevant industry and customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift schedule between 6 am to 8 pm (EST) Monday-Friday.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and client service skills.
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily volume of inbound calls and emails from participants, providing world-class customer service to both internal and external clients.
  • Strengthen and enhance existing client relationships through the processing of client requests and timely resolution of inquiries.
  • Conduct outreach to maintain strong relationships with the client base and identify firm services and solutions that support clients' needs.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen existing relationships through a referral-based model.
  • Onboard new client accounts by collecting and inputting required documentation and client information.
  • Apply firm verification policies and procedures to avoid identity theft and fraudulent activity.
  • Recognize and mitigate risk, ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures.
