As a Client Service Associate II, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality service to our clients and supporting our team’s success. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is ready to make an impact. How you'll make an impact Assist with the branch’s workflow and provide routine support to both internal and external clients. Create important documents like certificates and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Help meet client needs and achieve key business goals by supporting the production team and client service functions Contribute to client satisfaction, retention, and the overall success of our branch.

Requirements

  • High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
  • Appropriate licensing as required.
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy in documents and processes.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Clear communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
  • A commitment to learning and growing in a service-focused role.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred.
  • Previous experience managing client relationships.
