Requirements

High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
Exceptional organizational skills
Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Enjoys helping others and thrives in a team environment.
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with systems and tools to create accurate documents.
Committed to delivering excellent service and are excited to grow in a role where your contributions truly matter.

Nice To Haves

Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred.
Previous experience managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

Help ensure our clients feel supported and valued.
Assist with the branch’s workflow processes
Create important documents like certificates and reports
Support the production team’s priorities.
Contribute to client satisfaction and retention by adhering to our standards and timelines
