Requirements

• Industry experience working in a tax office or financial advisory office preferred
• Experience with the Charles Schwab Advisor Center or similar advisor platform and advisor service paperwork and workflow desired
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe PDF, scheduling systems, CRM, Document Management Systems, and accounting software, especially QuickBooks Online

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and schedule client appointments
• Prepare for client meetings and enter notes and tasks into CRM
• Handle client service issues as they arise
• Manage new client onboarding process and initiate new account openings as necessary
• Maintain the status of projects and tasks
• Prepare client deliverables including tax returns and reports
• Maintain client records through filing and scanning
• Manage office technology and servicing
• Schedule appointments for incoming leads
• Manage client recognition cards and gifts
• Help plan and implement client events
• Maintain and update website & social media profiles
