The Client Service Associate is driven by prompt, accurate and thoughtful service to internal team members and clients by consistently responding to inquiries within 24 hours of receipt. No prior experience required; 2+ years’ experience preferred in the employee benefit space, s/he will preferably have an active life and health license. In This Role You Will Execute On: Grow and develop knowledge in insurance as well as Hylant’s servicing tools and processes to obtain Life & Health Insurance License. Cross train to support all benefit functions (implementation, advocacy, compliance, marketing, member engagement, health strategies, and data analysis). Provide high volume tactical client service support to client service teams as requested. Such as: Provide backup to local administrative support as requested. Perform other duties and special projects as requested.
