As a Client Service and Support Specialist, you will directly support existing Empower Personal Wealth clients with operational inquiries regarding cash management, account maintenance and non-investment related inquiries. The expected shift(s) for this position is 7:00 am to 3:30 pm MST and/or 9:30 am - 6:00 pm MST. Candidates must be able to work either of these shifts.

  • Service existing client needs via inbound/outbound calls and e-mail inquiries
  • Liaise Empower Personal Wealth client's, Wealth Advisors, Operations Team and broker-dealer custodian with operational inquiries
  • Deliver an efficient and responsive client experience by taking ownership, utilizing critical thinking and decision-making skills while delivering accurate information and initiating proactive follow-up
  • Demonstrate knowledge of retirement/brokerage industry regulations and transactions
  • Provide exceptional customer service with every client interaction
  • HS Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in financial services
  • Strong customer service background with a firm understanding of the diverse operational and investment needs of our customers
  • Knowledge of current financial markets and retirement account operations is necessary
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Strong technological skills and the ability to multi-task across systems
  • Past brokerage, mutual fund or back-office operations experience
  • Retail, IRA and/or 401K customer service experience
