This position provides support and product expertise for financial planning business development, sales, and service delivered by wealth advisors and relationship managers. The role involves servicing relationships in an assigned portfolio to ensure an exceptional client experience, introducing services to clients, and assisting in preparing new business proposals or presentations. The analyst will also assist Wealth Advisors with market research, identifying prospective clients, and acting as the key service contact for clients. Responsibilities include taking ownership of client issues, collaborating with others for resolution, liaising with external advisors, and developing an understanding of customer needs and account strategy. The role also involves coordinating and executing strategic initiatives, building relationships with stakeholders, preparing financial plan reports, updating sales tracking databases, and participating in account reviews. Administrative and transactional support for advisors and client portfolios, including correspondence, relationship reviews, account documentation, and sales reporting, is also required. The analyst supports the achievement of the business plan within the designated territory/region, collaborates with internal stakeholders, and meets high-quality service standards. They are expected to develop rapport and trust with clients, follow risk and compliance processes, protect the Bank's assets, and comply with all regulatory, legal, and ethical requirements. The role involves taking measured risks within the Risk Management Framework, thinking creatively, proposing new solutions, and exercising judgment to solve problems. The position works mostly independently.
