As a Client Service Analyst in Client Services, you will research and resolve client inquiries within established deadlines, ensuring timely and accurate reporting and reconciliation. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients and internal partners, playing a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of client accounts. Requirements

  • 1+ years of client service experience
  • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex inquiries
  • Demonstrated experience reconciling and confirming detailed activity across multiple client accounts within established deadlines
  • Exemplary client focus and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills — verbal, written, and listening
  • Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences

  • Interact effectively with clients and internal partners, escalating issues to management promptly when needed
  • Drive clear and professional verbal and written communication across various levels of the organization
  • Identify process improvement opportunities based on inquiry data trends to enhance operational efficiency
