Responsibilities
- Consistently meet and surpass CardConnect performance targets by proactively contacting merchants to recover outstanding debts
- Issuing formal correspondence to arrange payment plans or settlement options
- Escalating unresolved accounts to collection agencies or legal counsel as necessary
