About The Position

As a Client Service Analyst in the Client Service & Implementations team, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction through quality service and coordinating client needs with other functions as required. This role requires a self-motivated individual with attention to detail. You will provide active support, by telephone or email, necessary to solidify and expand acquiring relationships with corporate merchant accounts through the use of relationship development, effective communications, and problem-solving skills.
