About The Position

Primarily responsible for implementing / supporting and enhancing the Client Computing environment. Provides front line customer support for Boston Medical Center and affiliated organizations and employees. Position: Client Service Analyst-Field Services Department: Service Desk Schedule: Full Time

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, in computer science or equivalent field. May substitute an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • One to three years of experience in IT support, with technical proficiency in a broad range of software and hardware.
  • Impeccable customer service skills
  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize well
  • Experience using ticketing system to track incidents.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability
  • Working Knowledge of current PC and mobile computing technology
  • Ability to give verbal instruction patiently to non-technical users
  • Familiarity with Windows Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Remote Assist, - Desktop: Microsoft Office O365. Microsoft Defender Enterprise, Bit-Locker- Microsoft Edge - Microsoft Windows 10-11, Linux, Macintosh - Hardware: Dell Optiplex desktops, Latitude laptops and Intermec/HP Zebra printers - Protocols: TCP/IP, HTTP, Ethernet - Technologies: Solar Winds, Aruba ClearPass, DHCP, VPN, VDI, VMware, MECM/SCCM.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification in A+ strongly preferred.
  • ITIL Foundations certification strongly preferred
  • Healthcare experience a plus.
  • Service Now knowledge preferred
