About The Position

As a Client Service Analyst II, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day administration of medium-to-large client accounts and ensure excellent client service and delivery to the client base. You’ll work with your assigned Relationship Manager on daily activities for their account portfolio . You will also work independently with the ability to run delas on your own. Read and interpret trust indentures with regards to cash and compliance requirements. Set up payment calculations in a variety of in-house systems. Responsible for billing, collecting, processing debt service payments. Cash management of clients trust accounts, Receive, disburse, transfer funds as prescribed in governing documents. Purchase and sale of securities directed by Client or governing documents. Assist RMs in the collection of monthly compliance items. Receive and address client inquiries working with their RM. Interact with Municipal Intermediaries including Bond Counsel, Underwriter, Financial Advisor. Ensure excellent service delivery Municipal Clients in the Corporate Trust Business. May be engaged on Sales calls and client visits. Participate in business-related projects.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of related experience or similar field
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
  • Intermediate TranStar experience preferred
  • Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills
