Requirements

3+ years of face-to-face, direct client management experience.
Series 65 license, or Series 66 + 7, or Certified Financial Professional Designation (or obtain within 90 days of employment.)
Life and Health Insurance licenses (or obtain within 90 days of employment.)
Demonstrated success supporting financial advisors in an administrative capacity.
Proficiency using financial planning software.
CRM system fluency.

Nice To Haves

Sales or referral-based relationship experience.
Familiarity with Schwab, Fidelity, or other custodian platforms.
Experience working with RightCapital financial planning software.
HubSpot CRM experience.
College degree.

Responsibilities

Manage and track all aspects of the client onboarding process, including paperwork, account setup, and answering client questions.
Transfer and track client funds in accordance with financial plans and advisor guidance.
Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients throughout the relationship lifecycle.
Conduct client review meetings to ensure ongoing alignment with financial plans.
Maintain strong, long-term advisor-client relationships focused on retention and referrals.
Maintain ongoing communication with Lead Advisors regarding client accounts and relationship status.
Serve as the primary point of contact for many client inquiries, coordinating communications and resolving issues when they arise.
Occasionally attend client appointments alongside Lead Advisors to support the transition to the service team.
Deliver and explain tax returns to clients prepared by Enrolled Agents.
Maintain accurate CRM records, documentation, and client notes.
Work closely with Lead Advisors to process transactions and address client requests efficiently.
Ensure all time-sensitive tasks are completed accurately and as promised.
Assist with trades, distributions, and other account-related administrative tasks.
Review and correct client paperwork to ensure accounts, transfers, and investments are properly maintained.
Clearly communicate investment strategies and company policies when interacting with clients.
Participate in internal training and company off-site events.
Support onboarding and mentoring new Client Service Advisors when needed.
