About The Position

General Description: Quick Box Fulfillment is looking for a Client Services Administrator to help with day to day tasks within the Client Services team. The Client Services team is responsible for all communications to the Quick Box client base. As part of the team you will be responsible for communicating to C level employees both within Quick Box and our Clients. This is a Full-Time position, Monday through Friday. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to join a growing company focused on providing fast, friendly and accurate service. The diverse backgrounds of our management and ownership team will provide exposure to multiple facets of business and fulfillment/warehousing.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Quick/Critical Thinker with the ability to think on your own
  • Must be a self-starter and able to handle multiple priorities
  • Strong computer and word processing skills, working with Microsoft Suite
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills is a must
  • Works well in Team environments
  • Willing to contribute ideas and feedback
  • Ability to learn on the go and pickup processes while in flight
  • Dependable and Punctual
  • Ability to clearly communicate with all levels of employee
  • Extremely Organized but able to adapt at will
  • Ability to lift 50lbs

Nice To Haves

  • Associates, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems preferred

Responsibilities

  • Administratively support QuickBox Clients and the Client Services Team with functions related to direct to consumer and retail order fulfillment.
  • Daily tasks include, assisting the Client Services Managers in triaging and responding to Client inquiries, daily reporting, updating and maintaining client information and documentation, and building strong relationships both internally and with the client.
  • Client Communication: Responding to client inquires via phone, email, Slack, Teams and other channels. Must have excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Information Management: Maintaining and updating client records, managing databases and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Client Relationship Building: Provide excellent customer service, addressing concerns and fostering positive client relationships.
  • Reporting: Daily reporting and ensuring compliance
  • Compliance: Collaborating with other team members and providing support to senior staff
  • Problem Solving: Troubleshooting issues, researching solutions and escalating concerns when necessary
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members
  • Excellent organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other relevant software
  • Attention to detail: Accuracy in data entry, project creation, project management and documentation
  • Adaptability & Flexibility: Ability to adjust to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Other administrative duties as required and assigned
