Responsibilities

• Check out members at the end of sales transactions.
• Facilitate new member sign-ups and closing sales.
• Assist in upgrading members' accounts as needed.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner, escalating to management as necessary.
• Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the workspace.
