About The Position

As a Customer Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in fostering and strengthening relationships between CGM US and its client base by delivering tailored selling solutions that enhance client workflows and drive long-term value. You will effectively manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through successful close, using pipeline management to generate and present accurate quotes to clients. Additionally, you will leverage established client partnerships to drive additional sales growth through renewal, expansion, and add-on solutions, execute company marketing campaigns for product growth to existing clients, and coordinate escalated project or support issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree from an accredited university required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of industry experience in vendor or healthcare setting.
  • Previous Selling Solutions or Customer Relationship Management experience preferred.
  • Previous software vendor experience in healthcare information technology setting preferred.
  • Some familiarity with Clinical Laboratory and/or billing software services.
  • Proven ability to build trust and conduct impactful conversations with C-level executives through strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of hospital and patient care workflows.
