About The Position

Your Contribution: Foster and strengthen relationships between CGM US and its client base by delivering tailored selling solutions that enhance client workflows and drive long-term value. Effectively managing the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through successful close using pipeline management to generate and present accurate quotes to clients. Leverage established client partnerships to drive additional sales growth through renewal, expansion, and add-on solutions. Execute company marketing campaigns for product growth to existing clients. Coordinate escalated project or support issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Your Qualification: Associate’s degree from an accredited university required; Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred. Minimum 3 years of industry experience in vendor or healthcare setting. Previous Selling Solutions /or Customer Relationship Management experience preferred. Previous software vendor experience in healthcare information technology setting preferred. Some familiarity with Clinical Laboratory and/or billing software services. Proven ability to build trust and conduct impactful conversations with C-level executives through strong communication and interpersonal skills. Understanding of hospital and patient care workflows. Requirements
